South Dakota still allows full-time travelers to be residents. But South Dakota auto insurance companies no longer offer coverage unless you have a physical residence in South Dakota. So after much scrambling and with a little help from New Hampshire friends, we have a physical residence sufficient for us to become New Hampshire residents, and we can continue our travels!
